Had a boiler problem, Absolute arrived that morning, diagnosed the fault, boiler was fixed by the afternoon. Even received a call back the following day to confirm everything was ok. Very pleased with the service.

After the inevitable boiler self destruction at an inconvenient time, we contacted this company and they responded extremely promptly. The plumber (Mark) was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue within minutes. As well as knowing his stuff, he was very personable and at no time did I feel he was being disingenuous. Have used this company twice now within the last 2 weeks once for fitting a new shower pump that kept leaking and another time for a leak in my kitchen from where a new water softener had been fitted a few months ago and it must have upset the existing pipe work connection to the mains water so we had water gushing under the sink , so managed to turn off the mains and we had a new connector valve fitted to the one which had come apart and then another leak was also found by the plumber which he also rectified. So we are very pleased with both issues being resolved quickly and professionally and would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again if we need to.

I first used absolute for an emergency call out as my boiler had broken down. Their engineer, Mark was great and got it running again quickly. I went on to use them to replace my boiler as well as replace/renew a few old radiators. Mark talked me through all my options and was very insightful about all of it. I had to wait for the new boiler to come in but when it did Mark was punctual, clean and tidy (there’s nothing worse than dirty tradespeople in your home) and the work was done in no time. Their quote was competitively priced but what tipped them for me compared to other quotes was Mark himself. He was friendly and put me at ease, meaning I could still go into the office while the work was being done. I would highly recommend them.

I’ve used Absolute on two occasions now for both my property and, more recently for a boiler service and power flush on my elderly father’s property. Mark was very tidy and efficient. Highly recommended.

Rang them around 09:00 am and Mark the engineer arrived 1 hour later. After a quick inspection, turned out that a pipe was blocked. Replaced and cleaned a few pipes and job done. Boiler now in good working order.
